Ordering
All orders placed through our site are subject to availability and confirmation.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing/shipping information.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your invoice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUROS and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via credit/debit card, cash on delivery, and other available payment gateways.
Flutur Cosmetics reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Delivery
Deliveries are made via licensed courier services within 1–3 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Delivery delays due to incorrect address entry or courier-related issues are not the responsibility of Flutur Cosmetics.
Returns & Refunds
Products may be returned or exchanged within the terms outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Refunds for card payments are processed to the same card used during the original transaction.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made through the courier service.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change products at any time.
